With the information platform as the support and intelligent control as the means, the basic data and dynamic information sharing, resource integration, precise control, and intelligent decision-making of the integrated pipeline corridor are realized. The BIM+GIS function, environmental monitoring, fire monitoring, communication monitoring, operation and maintenance management, and equipment management are integrated to realize the spatialization, intelligence, automation, wisdom, and visualization of the integrated management and control of the integrated pipeline corridor, and the intelligent operation and maintenance, and improve the efficiency and quality of the construction and operation management of the integrated pipeline corridor. From the past exploration stage, the construction of urban pipeline corridors has officially entered the stable development path of government regulation, multi-party financing, unified planning, and overall operation. The construction of urban underground comprehensive pipeline corridors has achieved the orderly entry of many important urban pipelines, including water supply, drainage, gas, heat, electricity, communications, radio and television, and industry, solving the previous management chaos of multiple government departments, multiple jurisdictions, and multiple user units.
